• Smoking cigarettes and drinking alcohol are not allowed inside the guest house premises.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The main gate will remain closed from 10:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Guests waiting for receive friends and relatives may do so during the visiting hours from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
• Cancellation must be intimated 10 days before the check-in. If an advance paid is to be refunded, if cancellation is initiated within ten days of arrival, the advance will be forfeited. 
• The tariff is subject to change at any time without any prior notice.
• Foreign Nationals, including NRIs, are required to present their passports and visa (original) at the time of check-in to the reception for online registration and entry in the Foreigner’s Registration Arrival Report (Form ‘C’).
• Registration Certificate No. (Form-A) and Residential Permit No. are to be furnished in case of Foreigners—Working in India / those who are staying in India for a long period.
• Indian nationals may please present their photo ID with their address at the reception at the time of check-in. It has to be submitted to the Police Department, Puducherry.
• The management reserves the right of admission.
• Servants and drivers of the guests are not permitted to stay on the premises.
• All guests, after checking in, are bound by the rules and guidelines of the guest house displayed in the room.
• The management reserves the right to add or alter any of the terms and conditions without notice.
